USA: Ready to ship items will be shipped in 3-4 business days. For made to order items, please allow 2-3 weeks for the maker to craft each piece of jewelry. Items from the Liquid Gold Collection may take up to 4 weeks.
All items are shipped through USPS Priority. USPS Priority Mail without signature confirmation is $9. USPS Priority Mail with signature confirmation is $12. You can also request a rush order or insurance for an additional fee by emailing email@example.com.
Please note that if USPS tracking confirms that your purchase is delivered, we consider the transaction to be complete and are not responsible if the purchase cannot be found. If you have experience with disappearing packages in the past, we suggest you request shipping with signature confirmation for $12.
Everywhere else: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently not shipping to addresses outside of the USA.
We want you to be happy with your jewelry, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 7 days of delivery.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return, and we will send you a shipping label. Please note that your original shipping fee is non-refundable, and an additional return shipping fee of $9 will be deducted from your refund. Your refund will be processed 7-14 days within receipt of your return.
For your protection, please pack your return item securely. Olivia Shih is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Custom pieces and holiday jewelry sets are not eligible for returns.
Friendly reminder: we are unable to accept returns of visibly worn or damaged items, so please take care of your purchase!
If your purchase is in need of repair, we are happy to offer free minor repairs within a year of purchase. After one year, we will charge a repair fee.
We personally love that oxidized jewelry takes on the unique marks of its owner, but we do offer complimentary re-coloring for oxidized (black) jewelry that you have purchased from us.
